veal parmigiano that turned out quite well. first attempt. different from the veal milanese in that it is dipped in breadcrumbs and egg but no flour...fried for a few minutes each side...and then baked for the oven for 15 minutes at the end. i made a tomato sauce using 2 plum tomatoes and a handful of mini plum tomatoes (i think they're called roma). served with sauteed leeks.
