G is at the cinema watching Avatar, and I am preparing supper. Salt cod brandade by Daniel Boulud. We got our salt cod from A&H Gourmet Seafood (our friend Santi) in Bethesda. It has been in fresh water, desalting itself for the past 36hrs. Hopefully it will be just right, not too salty and not too tasteless.... It is a very simple, cafe-style recipe.
