Le Baron evening Feb 2009

Le Baron (also known as the French boys evening) where I did nothing but take photographs...and eat some of the delicious supper of course.

Salad dressing 1, 2 and 3 - French style
The delicious finished product complete with perfectly poached egg (with sherry wine vinegar rather than regular wine vinegar) - the eggs held better and had a pretty colour to them. The piece de resistance of the evening...lamb shanks
