the Vail Jackalope



this is one thing i am definitely going to be bringing back to DC :-)

today's lunch was a fideo tomato soup - basically a tomato sofrito with fideo pasta and swiss chard.



supper tonight was shrimp in shell cooked in butter, olive oil, garlic, salt with a few crushed pecorino chillies.



it was accompanied by a sauteed tilapia in a brown butter sauce.



i know... HOW much butter?
