Duck frisee salad with a poached egg

For a really quick and simple but at the same time indulgent lunch (or starter), we prepare a duck and frisee salad. Finely slice the cured duck (from Balducci's). Poach an egg. Pop the egg atop some frisee salad and lay the duck slices on top. Drizzle with extra virgin oil and balsamic vinegar, et voila - lunch.
